Simmons Plaza

Originally built in the 1970's, this former IGA shopping center was in need of a major makeover... With an eye towards keeping costs down, our objective was to revitalize the Plaza with a renewed appearance that featured simple classic details, while providing an architectural vehicle for unified approach to new anchor tenant signage. Improvements include: new dormer and cornice/entabliture elements for each principal tenant, unified signage, cultured stone veneer and revamped covered entry arcade with articulated metal columns (and repaving).
